Shipping

1. All items are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.
3. Under normal conditions, delivery will take between 3 and 8 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas will required longer delivery time. If you are given a tracking number, please use it to track the delivery status of your order.
5. We regret that our warehouse is not accessible to the public. As such, we do not offer a pick-up option.
7. Please pay attention to shipping exclusions and enter the postcode of your delivery address in the ‘Postage and Payments’ section of the listing. Applicable postage and handling fees will be displayed.
9. Shipping fees include postage and handling fees. If you have selected registered post, tracking numbers will be provided via Products On Sale when your order is dispatched.
