Products sold through ProductsOnSale.com.au carry a 12-month warranty against faults and damage, excluding: - Products with specific warranty periods stated in their listings. - Accessories or bonus gifts not covered by this warranty. Faults resulting from wear and tear, improper assembly or modification, abnormal use, or insufficient maintenance are also excluded, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. 

Warranty Claim Process
Claims for faulty or damaged products should be initiated through the " Support Centre" in your account on the ProductsOnSale.com.au website. Include your order number, detailed descriptions, and visual evidence of the issue to facilitate the assessment process. 

Claim Assessment and Resolution
Upon receiving a claim, we'll evaluate it individually, considering options such as sending replacement parts, suggesting self-repair, product replacement, or offering refunds/credits, depending on the situation's specifics. 

Missing Parts and Delay Reporting
For missing components, contact us promptly for resolution. Report any delivery delays within 7 business days from the dispatch date for investigation and appropriate action. 

Refund, Return, and Replacement

Change of Mind
